Job Title: Key Account Manager - Private Sector Growth

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Organon. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth in the private sector by building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Sales Objectives: Develop and execute strategies to achieve annual sales objectives for assigned private sector accounts.
  • Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive growth and penetration in existing accounts.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive account plans to drive growth and expansion in the private sector.
  • Communication and Negotiation: Effectively communicate and negotiate with customers and stakeholders to drive business results.
  • Financial Acumen: Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to drive business results.

Requirements:

  • Education: University degree
  • Experience: 3 years in Marketing & Sales in Health/Pharmaceutical environment
  • Skills: Client Relationship Management, Strategic Account Planning, Communication and Negotiation, Financial and Analytical Acumen
