Role Overview

As a National Key Account Manager at Kuehne+Nagel, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic approach to engage with key customers and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a key account strategy to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver attractive pricing and service to customers.
  • Identify new opportunities to increase business and solutions with assigned customers.
  • Regularly conduct structured review sessions to align and update customers on customer strategy and priorities.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed an academic degree, ideally with a focus on logistics.
  • 3+ years experience in related field: logistics, sales and key account management.
  • Strong leadership skills to drive key account initiatives across geographies.
  • In-depth knowledge of the industrial sector or of similar fast-paced and dynamic industries.
  • High customer orientation and strong communication skills for building collaborative and trusting relationships with key influencers within the customer organization.
