Role Overview

As a National Key Account Manager at Kuehne+Nagel, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic approach to drive business growth and value for our customers. This role requires a strong understanding of our customers' needs and requirements, as well as the ability to propose solutions that add value and build long-lasting partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a key account strategy to drive business growth and value for assigned customers.
  • Actively engage with customers and Kuehne+Nagel's network to develop strong relationships and identify new opportunities.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase the footprint of our business and solutions with assigned customers.
  • Regularly conduct structured review sessions to align and update customers on customer strategy and priorities, and to offer continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Effectively hand over new business to operations to ensure that customer requirements and the commitments of Kuehne+Nagel are met.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
