Ardoq, a leading SaaS company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Director to join our team. As a Key Account Director, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts, identifying new growth opportunities, and driving revenue expansion through strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a book of business consisting of high-value enterprise accounts
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to meet retention and growth targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop demand generation strategies and capture metrics in the CRM system
  • Work closely with the Customer Success Management team to ensure adoption of the Ardoq platform and drive customer retention
What We're Looking For:
  • 10+ years of experience in a SaaS provider, with a strong background in account management and revenue expansion
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in complex enterprise environments
  • Leadership experience is a plus, as this role will involve virtual leadership across the company
  • Experience working with CIOs and CTOs is required, as this role will involve working with senior stakeholders
