Job Title: Global Service Account Director

About the Role:
At Vestas, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Service Account Director to join our team. As a key member of our Global Service Commercial & Products team, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with strategically important large customers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain productive relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts
• Coordinate the involvement of company personnel to meet account performance expectations and customers' expectations
• Meet assigned targets for profitable onshore and offshore service sales volume and strategic targets in assigned accounts
• Guide the strategic account planning process to develop shared performance goals, revenue targets, and significant deadlines
• Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis
• Manage solution development efforts to create new specific service solutions that best address customer needs

Requirements:
• Demonstrated commercial/sales management skills and a high level of Wind Energy market knowledge
• Knowledge and understanding of Offshore is advantageous
• Must be a leader, highly motivated, proactive, and a team collaborator
• Great negotiation skills are a must for the position
• Fluency in English, written and spoken

Location: Based in Madrid, Hamburg, or Copenhagen
