We are seeking an exceptional Senior Account Manager to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for delivering operational excellence and driving effective growth strategies for our clients.

Your primary focus will be on managing and developing key client relationships, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, and achieving growth targets. You will work closely with our global team and operations team to deliver your objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver operational excellence by coordinating and liaising with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key clients, providing exceptional service and support to drive business growth.
  • Work collaboratively with our studio and strategic suppliers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Attend meetings and take/influence key briefs from clients, demonstrating a clear understanding of requirements and cascading to local teams globally.
  • Provide technical input and advice on projects as required to achieve high-quality standards.
  • Manage and develop the skills of junior team members, including the Account Executive.

Requirements:

  • Strong client service experience with credible customer relationships at senior level.
  • Sound financial reporting and forecasting experience.
  • Good understanding of marketing services concepts.
  • Naturally builds and maintains rapport with clients.
  • Comfortable analyzing and interpreting financial data and producing accurate reports.
  • Works collaboratively with others in pursuit of team goals.

Salary Range: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
