Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Strategic Growth Director to join our Commercial Center of Excellence (CoE) Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading customer relationships with strategic accounts, developing and implementing pricing frameworks, and managing offers, tenders and contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive growth and revenue
  • Lead the development and implementation of pricing frameworks to optimize revenue and profitability
  • Manage the centralized management of offers, tenders and contracts to ensure effective collaboration with stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in a commercial or strategic role within a multinational company
  • Extensive experience in strategic account management, pricing and contract negotiations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions
