About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Strategic Growth Partnerships to join our team at Formalize. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for defining and rolling out a new partner program, including partner tiering, incentives, partner management, and enablement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Partnership Development: Lead the development and implementation of a strategic partnership framework to support the company's growth objectives.
  • Support the company growth: Develop and manage a structured program to support the diverse needs of our currently 500 partners and build plans to attract and grow a significant number of new partners in the coming years.
  • Partner Program Development: Design and implement partner programs that incentivize sales, collaboration, and mutual success.
  • Performance Metrics and KPIs: Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of partnerships.
About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in partnership management or business development.
  • A proven track record of successfully developing and managing partnership experiences.
  • Experience in SaaS or Tech companies is a must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and with external partners.
