About the Role:The Strategic Service Account Director will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with strategically important large customers, focusing on achieving service sales quota and assigned strategic account goals. Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain productive relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts
- Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet account performance expectations and customers' expectations
- Meet assigned targets for profitable onshore and offshore service sales volume and strategic targets in assigned accounts
- Guide the strategic account planning process, ensuring the development of shared performance goals, revenue targets, and significant deadlines
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis
- Master's or bachelor's degree in engineering
- Demonstrated commercial/sales management skills and a high level of wind energy market knowledge
- At least 7 years of experience in technical sales in industrial environments, with experience in selling services and products
