About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Key Account Director to join our US office, focusing on Key Enterprise Customers. As an individual contributor, you will focus on a number of high-impact customers, building relationships and securing renewal and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a book of business consisting of Enterprise and Strategic accounts with high ARR
  • Create new pipeline of upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Orchestrate a global team to develop demand generation strategies for customers
Requirements
  • 10 years of experience within a SaaS provider
  • Experience achieving sales targets in account management/revenue expansion roles
  • Previous leadership experience in a virtual leadership role across a company
  • Experience working directly with CIOs and CTOs

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is $140,000-$170,000 based on industry standards and location. This figure may vary depending on qualifications, experience, and performance.
