Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our team and drive growth in mid to large enterprise accounts. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships, leveraging your expertise in partnership development and ecosystem engagement.

About the Role

This salaried position comes with a competitive base salary of $120,000 per year, plus commission. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including health care, flexible PTO policy, and parental leave, you'll also enjoy a generous stock option plan, 401k plan with match, learning development budget, remote work options, and a generous wellness stipend.

Key Responsibilities

  • Closing new business and driving significant growth in mid to large enterprise accounts
  • Building and maintaining relationships with cross-functional teams, including partnerships, sales, and customer success
  • Developing and articulating the unique value proposition of Crossbeam's product to customers
  • Gaining a deep understanding of customer needs and how Crossbeam can positively impact their business
  • Managing complex deals and navigating large organizations to drive value across multiple business units

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS closing role, with a proven track record of repeatable success
  • Understanding of partnership programs and the value Ecosystem-Led Growth brings to a company's go-to-market strategy and overall success
  • Proven success in navigating large organizations and understanding how technology can drive value across multiple business units
