About the Role
The Sr. Director Global Key Account (GKA) Sales position is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving growth across assigned GKA. This global role will oversee strategy, sales, growth, customer satisfaction, commercial profit delivery, and gross contributions within the assigned global key account.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a strategy for the assigned global key account and manage account plans. Establish strong relationships with key decision makers and create value propositions for customers. Leverage market and customer intelligence to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction. Monitor business performance and coordinate corrective actions to achieve sales targets.
Requirements
A degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field is required. Advanced degree is preferred. Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in a commercial or adjacent role in a complex industry, ideally food or healthcare packaging. International working experience and a track record of delivering revenue and profit growth are essential.
