About the Role:



  • Develop and execute a strategy to drive growth and customer satisfaction across assigned Global Key Accounts.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop account plans and deliver revenue and profit growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and customers.
  • Partner with other commercial teams to develop and implement market strategies and sales initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze business performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Drive commercial excellence and innovation, ensuring alignment with Amcor's overall business objectives.

Requirements:



  • Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in commercial or adjacent roles, preferably in the packaging industry.
  • International working experience and a track record of delivering revenue and profit growth.
  • Strong experience in strategic leadership, with the ability to operate within a matrix organization.
  • Advanced business and financial acumen, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
