Job Summary

As a Global Service Account Manager at Vestas, you will be responsible for managing key customers and developing commercial strategies that contribute to Vestas' sales and profitability goals. You will work closely with regional sales teams to adapt strategies to specific market needs and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders within assigned customers.
• Develop account strategy and plans at a global level, adapting to specific market needs in close coordination with regional sales teams.
• Collect and maintain essential intelligence about customers' strategy plans, pipeline, and buying behavior to inform account strategy and Vestas' service product development.
• Coordinate company resources to meet account needs and customer performance expectations.
• Oversee the strategy and preparation of offers and strategic partnerships in response to global tenders and requests for proposals in close coordination with regional sales teams.
• Establish a cadence of quarterly business reviews with assigned key customers to ensure high customer satisfaction, identify business opportunities, and secure needed resources within the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Business Development, or Engineering (MBA-level education beneficial).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales or Account Management-related roles within the renewables business (wind preferred).
• Proficient in English.
