Role Overview

Ebury, a leading FinTech firm, is seeking a Key Account Growth Specialist to join our Partnerships Sales Team in Madrid. As a hyper-growth organization, we are expanding our indirect business through strategic partnerships.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with 2-3+ years of sales and/or partner management experience in a B2B financial services organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and market share goals.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, prioritize, and recruit new partners for our rapidly expanding solutions.
  • On-board new partners across Financial Institutions, Professional Services, and Real Estate companies.
  • Report on progress against plan, ensuring that agreed targets are met.
  • Expand existing business and provide feedback to technology and product managers.
Requirements
  • 2-3+ years of sales and/or partner management experience in a B2B financial services organization.
  • A strong understanding of the FX industry and its nuances.
  • Fluent Spanish and a business level of English.
  • First-class communication skills, able to win people over; commitment and buy-in.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at €50,000 - €70,000 per year, depending on experience. We believe in inclusion and stand against discrimination in all forms.
