Are you a skilled sales professional looking to take your career to the next level in Barcelona, Spain? We are seeking an experienced Key Account Growth Specialist to join our dynamic team at Wibit Consulting & Services (Wibitcs).
About the Role:
In this exciting position, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships with independent retailers. Your primary objective will be to identify key decision-makers, build strong relationships, and tailor solutions to meet their business needs.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Fluency in German and good English communication skills
- Proven experience in business development or sales ideally within B2B environments
- Charisma and ability to engage in meaningful conversations
- Natural salesperson with strong persuasion negotiation skills capable of changing minds
- Target-driven motivated by achieving exceeding sales goals
- Resilience handling rejection maintaining focus on bigger picture
- Strong organizational skills managing multiple leads accounts simultaneously
- Experience using CRM systems sales tools managing client relationships effectively
- Will to work full-time in BarcelonaSalary Range:$80,000 - $110,000 per annum depending on experience performance location.
