About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated Account Growth Specialist to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include generating leads through inbound and outbound outreach, conducting research to build strategic prospect lists, expanding the sales funnel through cold and warm outreach campaigns, qualifying prospects using the BANT criteria, managing CRM updates with attention to detail and accuracy, scheduling discovery calls for account executives, overcoming objections, and refining your selling craft through feedback.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Generate leads through inbound and outbound outreach.
  2. Conduct research to build strategic prospect lists.
  3. Expand the sales funnel through cold and warm outreach campaigns.
  4. Qualify prospects using the BANT criteria.
  5. Manage CRM updates with attention to detail and accuracy.
  6. Schedule discovery calls for account executives.
  7. Overcome objections and refine your selling craft through feedback.
