Key Account Development Manager

The Undisclosed is seeking a skilled Key Account Development Manager to drive commercial and marketing strategy for the sale of Spare Parts. This role involves developing pricing policies, managing technical and administration teams, advising customers on their needs, and negotiating sales with key accounts.
Job Responsibilities- Commercial Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective commercial strategies to drive Spare Parts sales growth.
- Pricing Policy Management: Establish and manage pricing policies to achieve desired margin targets.
- Team Management: Lead and manage technical and administration teams to ensure efficient operations.
- Customer Advisory: Provide expert advice to customers on their Spare Parts needs, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Sales Negotiation: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key account holders to negotiate and secure sales agreements.
- Techincal Knowledge: Proven knowledge in mechanics, electricity, hydraulics, engine, transmissions, and spare parts management.
- Customer Relations: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English.
- Autonomy and Rigor: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain high levels of organization and rigor.
- Industry Experience: Significant experience in construction machinery, agricultural equipment, trucks, lifting, handling, or similar sectors is highly desirable.
- Salary Range: 35k-40k + bonus (dependent on profile and experience).
