Global Inside Sales Finance Expert

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Commercial Finance team within Expedia Group. This key role reports to the Director of Commercial Finance – Global Commercial Support.
You will business partner with the sales team supporting the entire Global Inside Sales portfolio, providing insights, and unlocking commercial opportunities. In addition, you will support global projects and team strategy. You must be influential, dynamic, and able to add significant value across the business.
Expedia Group leverages partner-facing APIs and template products with a focus on B2B, powering hundreds of partners worldwide. As the partner-focused arm, EPS' mission is to provide solutions for its partners' growth.
EPS partners with businesses in various verticals, including loyalty programs, airlines, travel agents, corporate travel management companies, and online retailers remarketing EPS rates and availabilities to travelers. Partners can access EPS products according to their needs, whether it's a customizable environment through APIs or an 'off-the-shelf' white-label or cobranded solution offering.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform financial modeling of commercial deals for the Global Inside Sales portfolio and assist with negotiation and contracting.
- Analyze and assess current business performance to drive top and bottom-line improvements across the Global Inside Sales portfolio.
- Lead finance efforts in preparing annual plans and quarterly forecasting processes for the Global Inside Sales portfolio.
- Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial management information and high-level commentary at an Executive level.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis for cross-regional commercial projects and initiatives as well as deep-dives into specific topics to support business growth.
- Bachelor's degree, 2:1 or above (or equivalent), and strong academic background.
- Highly fluent in English.
- Confirmed commercial finance experience.
- Ability to analyze data to solve business problems and provide strong business insight.
- Able to interpret and present data effectively to both financial and non-financial audiences.
- Proven ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional listening and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced Excel and presentation skills.
