Inside Sales Team Lead

In a fast-paced, dynamic environment, we're seeking a seasoned Inside Sales Team Manager to drive business growth and lead our multicultural and multinational EMEA Ruckus Team.
As a key member of our sales team, you'll work closely with RUCKUS Inside Sales Account Managers to identify goals that will grow RUCKUS's business and position RUCKUS's solutions for new business to end users through our Ecosystem of partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effective recruitment and swift onboarding of top talent
- Strategic development of premier sales teams
- Proactive deployment of best practices to other departments
- Engagement in ongoing cycles of refinement and improvement
Requirements:
- Completed bachelor's degree with significant experience in building and maintaining outstanding inside sales or other high-performance teams
- Proven success in using CRMs to drive sales and efficiency
- B2B outward-bound sales environment experience
- Demonstrable evidence of sourcing, hiring, and onboarding new talent with shown success in achieving results
- Strong background in building relationships with account management and other sales teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience leading teams
- Sales experience in a global organization that has experienced exceptional growth
- Understanding of IT infrastructure
