We're seeking a dynamic and self-starter Inside Sales Team Manager to lead our multicultural and multinational EMEA Ruckus Team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working closely with the RUCKUS Inside Sales Account Managers to identify goals that will grow RUCKUS's business and position RUCKUS's solutions for new business to end users through our Ecosystem of partners including Channel Distributors, Installation Business Partners, Consultants, Engineers, and Integrators through telephone sales and scheduled in-field visits.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Recruit, onboard, and develop premier talent to drive sales growth.
  2. Take charge of building and leading a dynamic inside sales team of 10+, intentionally encouraging individuals for progression into field or corporate roles.
  3. Lead daily operations, ensuring your impact reverberates throughout your team.
Required Qualifications:
  1. A completed bachelor's degree with significant and validated experience in building and maintaining outstanding inside sales or other high-performance teams.
  2. Proven success in using CRMs to drive sales and efficiency.
  3. B2B outward-bound sales environment experience.
  4. Demonstrable evidence of sourcing, hiring, and onboarding new talent with shown success in not only achieving results but exceeding them.
