About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Allianz Popular Sl. in Madrid. As a key member of our Commercial Insurance team, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining long-term relationships with corporate clients and brokers in Spain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Relationship Management: Sell Allianz Commercial products and services to new and existing corporate clients, ensuring sustainable profitability.
  • Client and Broker Engagement: Foster long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, brokers, and Allianz staff.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mobilize key account teams to ensure Allianz performance and deliver client and broker satisfaction.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Substantial experience in an Underwriting or Business Development role in industrial/specialty insurance business.
  • Demonstrated success in fostering long-term, profitable relationships at senior level with brokers and clients.
  • Significant experience delivering success in an analytical role.
