The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Management Partner to join our team. As an Account Management Partner, you will be responsible for driving proactive account growth, developing and executing cutting-edge account strategies, and building trusted relationships with top-level executives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute account growth strategies to drive revenue expansion and customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain deep customer connections, identifying and qualifying new opportunities
- Collaborate with sales team members to ensure seamless account management processes
- Lead one or more portfolio or strategic accounts, generating new opportunities and expanding existing work into larger scopes and new capabilities
- Provide innovative solutions that position Kyndryl España as a leader in the market

Requirements

- 5+ years experience running account P&L
- Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices
- Experience managing sales process end-to-end
- Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks
- Open-minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
- Sales experience in technical solutions
