We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at HR-Line. As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and achieving sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive Sales Growth: Collaborate with our Chief Revenue Officer to develop and execute strategies that drive sales growth and exceed quarterly and annual targets.
  2. Customer Engagement: Guide customers through the entire sales process, providing exceptional service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Needs Analysis: Analyze client needs to customize solutions and provide tailored recommendations that meet their business objectives.
  4. Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business leads, closing sales and expanding our customer base.
  5. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, fostering trust and credibility.
  6. Strategic Insights: Contribute strategic insights to advance our company's growth and development.
Requirements
  1. 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS or solar assets/solar utility solutions industry.
  2. Self-driven with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
  3. Commercial acumen with a problem-solving mindset.
  4. Able to learn and adapt quickly, with a willingness to make and rectify mistakes.
  5. Native Spanish and proficiency in English is required, with additional languages advantageous.
