About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Specialist to join our team in Madrid. As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for building connections and growing our community by signing up cafes, convenience stores, bakeries, and other independent food retailers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new business partners through cold outreach, primarily via phone and email.
  • Introduce potential partners to our platform, train them on how to use it, and advise them on finding the best possible solution for food waste.
  • Work with our team to research the market, identify decision-makers, and generate interest in our platform.

Requirements

  • Expert relationship builders who can quickly connect and empathize with potential partners.
  • Confident cold-callers who can make high volumes of calls.
  • Excellent listeners and communicators who know how to ask the right questions to identify a prospect's needs.
  • Proactive business development, calling and visiting new prospects, with the tenacity to succeed even when things get tough.
