About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving book sales growth by interacting with clients primarily through email, phone, and virtual meetings.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and prioritize sales opportunities for book sales, using data and insights to drive growth
  • Maintain regular communication with clients via email, phone, and Teams, ensuring solid relationship management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and due diligence in all client interactions
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to align with business targets
  • Utilize Excel and CRM systems to track client interactions and maintain accurate data
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as customer services, marketing and credit control, to ensure seamless sales operations
  • Handle complex client correspondence with precision and timeliness
Requirements
  • Be fluent in Arabic and English
  • Have experience in inside sales, account management, or a similar role
  • Demonstrate decision-making abilities, especially in managing client communications
  • Be proficient in Excel and CRM systems with solid analytical skills
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to manage client relationships
  • Manage compliance and observe due diligence in the territory
  • Thrive in a dynamic, detail-oriented environment
