About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Account Manager to join our EMEA Ruckus Team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth in our line of business accounts through expanding client relationships, developing solutions to existing accounts, and prospecting with non-users of our CommScope Ruckus portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate CommScope's Ruckus Networks technology, brand, and global market leadership to increase funnel volumes and deliver revenue streams through direct engagement of End Users and proactive management of the nominated Partner base.
  • Grow our Tier 2 Partners, directly manage medium-sized deals with end users, and serve as the primary outbound prospecting engine.
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and expand client relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Specialists, Professional Services, and Field Sales, to create opportunities and drive sales.
Requirements
  • High level of English and almost native level of German.
  • Knowledge of the IT sector and understanding of the sales cycle.
  • Consistent track record of coaching, influencing, and closing deals.
  • Professional knowledge of Salesforce.com or similar CRM solutions.
