Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mid Market Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the mid-market segment. You will work closely with our marketing and technology departments to develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities

You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the mid-market segment. This will involve researching and analyzing potential customers, developing and executing sales strategies, and building relationships with key decision-makers.

Develop and Execute Sales Strategies

You will work closely with our marketing and technology departments to develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth and revenue. This will involve staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and using this knowledge to inform our sales approach.

Build Relationships with Key Decision-Makers

You will be responsible for building relationships with key decision-makers at potential customer companies. This will involve developing and maintaining a deep understanding of their business needs and challenges, and using this knowledge to develop and execute sales strategies that meet their needs.

Meet or Exceed Sales Targets

You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding sales targets, which will involve developing and executing sales strategies that drive growth and revenue. This will involve staying focused on our goals and objectives, and using this focus to drive results.

Requirements

  1. 3+ Years of Closing Sales Experience

You must have at least 3 years of closing sales experience, with a proven track record of success in the mid-market segment.

Fluency in English - Dutch or French Nice to Have

You must be fluent in English, and have a working knowledge of Dutch or French.

Unmatched Consultative Selling and Closing Skills

You must have unmatched consultative selling and closing skills, with the ability to build relationships with key decision-makers and drive sales growth.

Accurate Forecasting and Pipeline Management

You must have accurate forecasting and pipeline management skills, with the ability to stay on top of sales targets and drive results.

Track Record of Being a High Performer

You must have a track record of being a high performer, with a proven ability to drive sales growth and revenue.
