About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Category Management Specialist to join our team at PuroClean Certified Restoration Specialist of Auburn. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving category growth and market share through the development of optimal shopping experiences, portfolios, and in-store leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research and Analysis: Gather and implement market research, analyzing qualitative and quantitative market data to provide valuable insights and create value propositions for category growth.
  • Competitor Analysis and Pricing Strategy: Conduct effective follow-up of retail sales prices, market, and competitors analysis to inform the go-to-market pricing strategy and ensure correct SRM implementation.
  • Sales Acceleration and Analytics: Leverage key sales analytics and shopper insights to build sales acceleration programs in collaboration with marketing, sales, and customer service teams.
  • Category Expertise and Training: Act as a center of expertise for knowledge transfer, RC sales capabilities, and trainings for customers on Petcare Category.
  • Category Vision and Partnerships: Lead the SciHN Royal Canin Category Vision adapted to Iberia, deploying it internally and engaging all our customers. Provide cross-pillar support in the definition of category plans and their execution.
  • Category Partnerships and Customer Development: Drive Category Partnerships with KA, chains, and Marbel customers, leveraging market data and consumer insights.
  • Perfect Store Implementation: Deploy the ideal shopping experience designed by Global (Perfect Store) based on shopper and client insights. Develop a roadmap and governance model for Perfect Store implementation.
