Commercial Growth Manager

At Zoomo, our mission is to accelerate the transition to light electric vehicles (LEVs) in urban areas. We offer a leading platform for commercial use e-bikes, operating across the USA, UK, Europe, Canada, and Australia.
Our team has helped transition millions of urban miles to LEVs, developed and deployed the world's best last mile delivery electric bikes and fleet management software, and successfully sold these fleet solutions to leading logistics businesses.
Our vehicles are used by major players in the food, grocery, and parcel delivery segments, including UberEats, Doordash, JustEat Takeaway, Deliveroo, Domino's, Pizza Hut, Amazon, FedEx, Getir, Ocado, and GoPuff.
The RoleAs a Commercial Lead, you will drive growth by strengthening customer relationships and expanding partnerships as LEV adoption accelerates globally. Success in this role will pave the way for building a high-performing revenue team as Zoomo scales:
- Develop new regional enterprise accounts and B2B ecosystem partnerships to unlock B2B growth and accelerate the LEV transition.
- Manage existing accounts and partnerships, ensuring Zoomo remains their partner of choice at the local and regional level.
- Lead key regional and strategic deals, working with multiple teams across Zoomo to create winning proposals.
- Own key commercial tools and processes where you can have the biggest impact, mainly pricing tools, deal approval process, and late payment escalation.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial, sales, partnerships, or strategy roles at high-growth companies, preferably in the on-demand food, grocery, micromobility, or last-mile logistics space.
- A proven track record of growing existing or developing new accounts and partnerships, with a passion for building relationships and closing deals.
- Skilled at influencing across organizations, internally and externally.
- Experience leading multi-million-dollar deals from lead to close.
- An empathetic, curious person with a passion for building relationships and going the extra 10% for customers.
- An exceptional communicator, able to articulate what really matters to a client or in a deal.
- A self-starter, excited by a growth environment, willing to try new strategies while keeping the focus on achieving results, and having a bias for action.
- Happy to roll up your sleeves and analyze data yourself, pulling key insights to drive the sales pipeline.
- Humility is something that comes naturally to you, and you're a born collaborator, seeking and giving feedback, and caring about getting to the right answer more than who came up with it.
