Commercial Manager EMEA

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to improve business performance and revenue growth.
- Analyze and optimize sales processes to increase efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Steer data-driven decision making across the commercial function.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to commercial excellence.
- Lead change management initiatives to enhance commercial effectiveness.
- Partner with divisional business leaders and cross-functional teams to drive business results.
- 8+ years' experience in commercial roles.
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and inspire cross-functional, cross-cultural teams in a matrix environment.
- Fluency in English.
- Ideal background in MedTech or Pharma.
