About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial and Customer Engagement Manager to lead our EMEA Capital and Service commercial organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing strategies that drive improvements in business performance, market penetration, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive capital and service commercial strategies to improve business performance and revenue growth.
- Analyze current Capital & Service sales operations and propose improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Steer the transformation through a regular data-driven business decision culture across the entire function.
- Establish and track key metrics related to commercial excellence, such as revenue growth, profitability, capital sales vs placements, and service penetration.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience in commercial leadership roles, with a strong track record of driving business growth and improvement.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
