Job Title: Sales Excellence Manager

EssilorLuxottica Group is seeking a Sales Excellence Manager to join our Wholesale (Independent Channel) division, reporting directly to our Channel Leader Frames and Lenses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement methodologies for lenses and frames.
  • Define commercial policies and monitor promotions and campaigns.
  • Monitor internal projects (Digital tools, Hunting, Onboarding, Performance follow-up).
  • Create the methodology (Way of working) for lenses and frames for the commercial team.
  • Monitor and propose improvements to promotional calendars.
  • Analyze implemented promotions and coordinate with Business Analysis for follow-up and payment.
  • Coordinate with marketing and trade marketing for customer events.
  • Ensure implementation through on-site accompaniment.
  • Support performance follow-up.
Requirements:
  • Graduate or Master's degree in Economics, ADE, or Business Management.
  • At least 5/6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Consumer Goods, GDO, or Pharma sectors.
  • Resolutive and agile in interactions with others.
  • Strategic vision and proactive attitude.
  • High analytical capacity.
  • Spanish and English language skills at an advanced level.
