Sales Excellence Manager

Microsoft is seeking a highly skilled Sales Excellence Manager to drive sales growth through long-term account or business planning. The ideal candidate will provide leadership on proposed segmentation changes based on local business knowledge and coach managers and sellers on account/portfolio/partner business planning fundamentals, habits, and plan quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve sales performance.
- Provide leadership and guidance to sales teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales processes and tools.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement plans to improve sales performance and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving sales performance.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop insights to inform business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.
