About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Consultant to join our team at Cornerstone OnDemand Ltd. As a key member of our commercial growth team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue expansion for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Commercial Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement commercial strategies that drive revenue growth, improve market share, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that impact our clients' businesses.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their business needs, and provide tailored solutions to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a commercial growth or business development role, preferably in a consulting or industry setting.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
