In just 4 years, we've helped transition millions of urban miles to LEVs, built a team of over 300 world-class engineers, operators, sales staff, and vehicle repair technicians, and developed the world's best last-mile delivery electric bikes and fleet management software.

We've partnered with leading logistics businesses, including UberEats, Doordash, JustEat Takeaway, Deliveroo, Domino's, Pizza Hut, Amazon, FedEx, Getir, Ocado, GoPuff, and many more. Our vehicles are used by major players in the food, grocery, and parcel delivery segments.

The Role

As a Commercial Lead, you'll report directly to the CRO (Co-Founder) and drive growth by strengthening customer relationships and expanding partnerships as LEV adoption accelerates globally. Success in this role will pave the way for building a high-performing revenue team as Zoomo scales:

  • Develop new regional enterprise accounts and B2B ecosystem partnerships to unlock B2B growth and accelerate the LEV transition.
  • Manage existing accounts and partnerships, ensuring Zoomo remains their partner of choice at both local and regional levels.
  • Lead key regional and strategic deals, working with multiple teams across Zoomo to create winning proposals.
  • Own key commercial tools and processes where you can have the biggest impact, mainly pricing tools, deal approval processes, and late payment escalation.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial, sales, partnerships, or strategy roles at high-growth companies, preferably in the on-demand food, grocery, micromobility, or last-mile logistics space.
  • A proven track record of growing existing or developing new accounts and partnerships, with a passion for building relationships and closing deals.
  • Experience leading multi-million-dollar deals from lead to close.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate what matters to clients or in deals.
  • A self-starter with a bias for action, willing to try new strategies while keeping the focus on achieving results.
  • Humility and a willingness to collaborate, with a focus on getting to the right answer rather than who came up with it.
