Revenue Growth Management Manager

Are you ready to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability? We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Growth Management Manager to join our team at Mondelez International.

As a Revenue Growth Management Manager, you will be responsible for executing revenue management workstreams to optimize return on investment on our trade spend activities. You will work closely with customer teams to track progress towards revenue KPIs, complete promotional post evaluations, and support the Customer Planning Manager by providing regular reporting.

You will also be responsible for monitoring revenue realization of any cost price increases, working with customer teams and Sales Finance to ensure all trade spend in the system is accruing correctly, and attending customer forecast surgeries to understand customer dynamics and identify opportunities and risks to the plan.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing RGM in Spain, coordinating all Categories and bringing value to all RGM Global & European teams related meetings.
  • Analyzing the performance of our promotion types to set guidelines that allow Sales and CP&A to use them in a better way, maximizing their impact on both revenue and market share.
  • Developing commercial planning processes that target the most profitable mix of brands, packs and channels for customers and Mondelez.
