About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Silverdoor. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual with excellent business development skills to take on a key role in driving growth and expansion.

Job Description

The Senior Business Growth Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering results-driven sales strategies. Key responsibilities include:

  • Researching and following up on new business leads to identify potential opportunities
  • Taking ownership of client acquisition plans and measuring their effectiveness
  • Delivering revenue targets by client, location, and channel
  • Providing accurate reporting on key metrics and maintaining comprehensive records in Salesforce
  • Reviewing performance regularly with the Vice President of Business Development and actively pursuing new direct client accounts
  • Communicating effectively with the Account Management team to convert leads into frequent trading customers
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in new business development with a proven track record of success
  • Demonstrated expertise in B2B business development, specifically in serviced apartments and/or business travel
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the serviced apartment industry
  • Excellent organisational skills, self-motivation, and a strong drive to achieve results
  • Fluent English language skills (additional languages are a plus)
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills, as well as good numeracy skills and commercial awareness

We are looking for a skilled and ambitious individual who is passionate about business development and has a strong understanding of the serviced apartment industry. As a Senior Business Growth Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced team to drive growth and expansion.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
