- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in B2B business development and serviced apartments industry knowledge.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies that support business growth objectives.
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, business development activities, and sales performance.
- Provide regular reporting and insights on business growth progress, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for expansion.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in business development, preferably in the serviced apartments industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in B2B business development, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the serviced apartment industry, including market trends and competitor activity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English (additional languages are an asset).
We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
