**Join Our Team As A Business Growth Specialist**

We're seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, or aeronautics) or a background in maths, statistics, data analytics, or strategy. At least 3 - 5 years of experience in a business analytics role is required, along with a high level of English proficiency. Spanish is a plus.

The salary for this position is around €60,000 per year, depending on experience. Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, and strategy or analytics roles at top tech firms is a significant advantage.

As a Business Growth Specialist, you will generate high business impact based on your decisions, working closely with multiple stakeholders while effectively managing and influencing teams, disciplines, and business cases. Understanding any coding language (SQL, R, Python) is preferred but not necessary.
