We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Chegg Busuu, a leading EdTech company in the language learning industry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the German-speaking market.

Your Role
As a Strategic Business Growth Specialist, you will be expected to deliver on business goals, accurately forecast deals, and manage your pipeline effectively. You will also work closely with our product team to adapt our value offering to meet the needs of our target customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Deliver on business goals
- Accurately forecast deals while managing your pipeline appropriately
- Build strong insights on the needs of target customers and work with product team to adapt Busuu value offering
- Identify emerging trends in the local corporate language market and build good awareness of the competitive environment
- Represent the firm in local trade fairs, conferences and events
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 per year, plus a range of benefits including flexible working hours, a hybrid model of working, enhanced maternity and paternity leave, and a personal training budget just for you. You will also have access to our centrally located offices, which are well-equipped with free breakfast, plenty of snacks and fresh fruit.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Fluency in Spanish and English languages
- 3+ years experience in B2B SaaS sales and proven track record of closing deals with contract value of €50k+
- Excellent presentation skills
- Knowledge of corporate L&D landscape in Spain
