Business Development Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our global sales team at Azeus Convene. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Manage the sales pipeline and progress, including updating CRM systems, tracking leads, and managing tasks and deadlines
  • Provide regular updates on sales leads to Senior Management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years experience in B2B Sales (IT knowledge not required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create trust and engage mid-level to C-suite directors
  • Global perspective and ability to work in a cross-cultural environment
