Amazon Strategic Account Services Job Overview
The Amazon Strategic Account Services (SAS) program aims to improve the customer and Selling Partner experience on Amazon by working directly with Selling Partners to enhance value, selection, and convenience across their business.
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Marketplace Consultant who will be responsible for working with a group of Selling Partners to help them grow their business on Amazon. The ideal candidate will possess excellent influencing skills, consulting and account management expertise, and a track record of driving business growth using data and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and articulate compelling value propositions around the SAS program and service offerings.
- Identify, qualify, and engage with prospective Selling Partners based on a clear understanding of our Selling Partners and their needs.
- Manage a portfolio of Selling Partners to drive individual strategies, manage timelines, expectations, and own communications, leveraging a strong understanding of Amazon programs, tools, and processes.
- Produce profound business recommendations and actionable insights by using a wide set of analytical tools to interpret customer data and make recommendations in order to maximize the potential of the assigned Selling Partners.
- Implement and track metrics to measure success of the sellers in your portfolio.
Salary Range: AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
