About the Role
We seek a dynamic and motivated Strategic Business Growth Specialist to join our expanding team. As a key player in Corporate Sales, your role will involve identifying and developing new business relationships and successfully sending quality new clients to the Dealing Team for further management.

Key Responsibilities
* Identify new leads: Conduct internet research, utilize CRM, LinkedIn, and Networking to source prospective clients.
* Investigate & identify: Perform initial fact-finding and qualification to determine suitability for XE services.
* Understand your client: Gain a detailed understanding of prospect clients' FX requirements.
* CRM Database: Maintain accurate records on the CRM database and update sales pipelines to report to the Team Lead HoC.
* Innovative ideas: Commit to originating sales ideas and executing sales campaigns.
* Sales Reporting: Provide monthly and quarterly individual sales performance reports.
* Explain FABs (features, advantages, and benefits) of corporate services to decision makers.
* Currency audits: Conduct currency audits or rate comparisons (trade analysis) for prospective clients.
* Client meetings: Schedule meetings and appointments for field sales to present our services.
* Internal Relationships: Collaborate with the Credit team to agree facilities for new clients.
* On-boarding checks: Complete on-boarding and account opening for new clients.
* Working effectively across teams: Efficiently hand-over new clients to the service delivery team (Dealing Team).

Requirements
* Minimum 3 years industry experience in a sales or dealing role, preferably in FX.
* Strong track record of outperformance relative to targeted KPIs.
* Resilient and fast-paced: Ability to work within a result-driven sales environment.
