Job Overview

We are searching for an energetic and seasoned Senior LATAM Business Growth Manager to lead this ambitious expansion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong network in the LATAM iGaming world and a proven track record of securing lucrative partnerships in the Casino industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities that boost revenue and brand recognition in LATAM.
  • Forging strong relationships with potential clients and industry players, championing our values and goals.
  • Spearhead negotiations and contracts with potential partners, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and drive growth.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of B2B online Casino experience, ideally selling gaming content directly or working with aggregators.
  • A well-established network and reputation within the iGaming sector.
  • Preferably based in Brazil.
  • A strong commercial mindset and proven negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and ever-changing industry.
  • Data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese is essential, with Spanish skills as a plus.
  • A deep understanding of the LATAM gaming market.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a creative, out-of-the-box thinker.
  • Strong self-management and reporting skills.
  • A positive, honest attitude that fits our open company culture.

The Offer

The company is offering a $3800 monthly payment plus 2% commission on all new business. A 13th month's salary is contemplated as a bonus, taking into reference the most lucrative month. This position is fully remote from LATAM.
