**Your Role**
We're looking for a Senior Business Growth Manager to secure and retain business for PPD through professional, consultative, proactive sales activities focused on decision-makers and influencers at existing and new clinical sponsors. You'll position PPD as a primary or preferred provider for all clinical development work to be outsourced, qualifying deals and developing proposals including defining solutions and recommending pricing structures to meet strategic company goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Secure and retain business for PPD across Europe- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve growth targets- Qualify deals and develop proposals to meet client needs- Position PPD as a primary or preferred provider for clinical development work
**What We Offer**
In return for your hard work and dedication, you'll enjoy a competitive salary of approximately €120,000 per annum, plus benefits including a comprehensive pension scheme, life insurance, and generous holiday allowance.
The sales territory for this role will cover some of our key markets across Europe, including the UK, France, DACH, BeNeLux, and Nordics. While candidates can be based anywhere in Europe, regular travel is required, with an estimated 3 days per week spent on the road, including overnight stays.
