Senior Business Development Manager for Vendor Growth Plans

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager to drive vendor growth plans and execute business unit strategies in Europe. This role requires a strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and vendor partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive business development initiatives to drive profitable market share growth.
- Negotiate key tenders and large deals with vendors, ensuring alignment with sales teams and marketing efforts.
- Optimize results by driving sales from agreed vendor portfolios, including new vendor identification and onboarding.
- Cultivate strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders to position TD SYNNEX as a trusted advisor.
- 4+ years of experience in IT industry channel and/or vendor business development at a senior level.
- Strong emotional intelligence, influence, persuasion, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of assigned vendor product/service lines, industry best practices, and techniques.
- Strategic planning, business case development, and matrix structure experience.
- A competitive salary range: €80,000 - €110,000 per year, based on location and experience.
