About the Role
The Senior National Account Manager will be responsible for leading our Amazon business in the UK and Europe, driving growth and profitability through strategic planning and execution.

Main Responsibilities
• Lead the development of our Amazon E-commerce strategy across key European markets.
• Develop and execute joint business plans with Amazon to deliver against company targets and goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Amazon vendor managers and brand specialists to secure long-term partnerships.
• Partner with brand and media teams to drive brand penetration and engagement through Amazon's ecosystem.
• Plan and execute game-changing new product launches across Europe.
• Provide accurate commercial forecasts and ensure commercial profitability by managing chargebacks and resolving logistical challenges.
• Identify customized portfolio opportunities and lead cross-functional project teams to deliver results.

About You
• You have experience trading with Amazon marketplace and possess a deep understanding of the Amazon ecosystem, its opportunities and risks.
• You are driven by results and have strong commercial and financial acumen.
• You are highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and prioritization skills.
• You are an exceptional communicator and relationship builder.
• You are tenacious and resourceful, with the ability to think laterally and creatively to identify opportunities for growth.
