Company Overview
M2Consulting is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to lead our LATAM expansion, targeting the exciting Brazilian market and beyond. Our vibrant and dynamic company has a decade of expertise in creating diverse iGaming content and is now looking to expand into the LATAM region.

Job Description
As a seasoned Business Development Manager, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities that boost revenue and brand recognition in LATAM. You will forge strong relationships with potential clients and industry players, championing our values and goals. Your role will involve spearheading negotiations and contracts with potential partners, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes. Additionally, you will stay ahead of the curve by analyzing market trends and competitor activity. You will collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and drive growth.

Estimated Salary Range: $3,000 - $5,000 per month
Location: Fully remote from LATAM
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of B2B online Casino experience, ideally selling gaming content directly or working with aggregators
  • A well-established network and reputation within the iGaming sector
  • Preferrably based in Brazil
  • A strong commercial mindset and proven negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and ever-changing industry
  • A data-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese is essential, with Spanish skills as a plus
  • A deep understanding of the LATAM gaming market
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a creative, out-of-the-box thinker
  • Strong self-management and reporting skills
  • A positive, honest attitude that fits our open company culture

Benefits:
The company is offering a competitive salary package including a monthly payment range of $3,000 to $5,000, plus a 2% commission on all new business. A 13th-month salary is contemplated as a bonus, taking into reference the most lucrative month. This position is fully remote from LATAM.
