**Job Description**
As our new Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales expansion and revenue growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Negotiating partnerships with key stakeholders, leveraging your exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products, fostering a win-win partnership mindset.
- Optimizing existing sales funnels and products to maximize ROI.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of launching and scaling product sales, with a strong focus on opening new markets.
- Business education focused on leadership, such as an MBA or equivalent.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for exploring limits and expanding them through impactful results.
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to systematically close deals worth hundreds of thousands of dollars.
- Experience in highly competitive niches, including Sales, Affiliate, and BizDev targeting Tier-1 markets.
- Proficiency in English at least at B2 level.
